This policy details the operational terms governing the digital fulfillment and delivery of our readymade WordPress website products, turnkey templates, themes, plugins, and curated digital asset bundles available via sc.sitecrafted.com.

1. 100% Digital Fulfillment (No Physical Shipping)

All items sold on sc.sitecrafted.com are strictly intangible, downloadable digital products.

We do not package, handle, or ship physical items (such as DVDs, flash drives, hard drives, or printed installation literature).
Zero Shipping Fees: Because delivery occurs electronically over the internet, no physical shipping rates, freight charges, handling fees, or customs import duties apply to any order.

2. Method of Delivery

Upon successful payment clearance through our certified gateway partner (Razorpay), product delivery proceeds through three simultaneous electronic channels:

Instant On-Screen Access: You are redirected immediately to a secure order confirmation page containing direct download links to your purchased software packages.
Automated Transactional Email: A dispatch email confirming your purchase and containing secure download URLs is triggered to the billing email address supplied during checkout.
Member Account Dashboard: Purchased software packages and updates are logged in your dedicated member account under the Downloads section on sc.sitecrafted.com for continuous access.

3. Fulfillment Timelines

Instant Dispatch: Delivery executes automatically within 1 to 5 minutes of confirmed payment processing.
Systemic Gateway Delays: Periodic network delays between the banking network and webhook sync servers may delay link issuance. If your digital assets do not reflect in your dashboard within 2 hours, notify our technical team.
Security & Fraud Verification: Orders categorized as elevated-risk or flagged for verification by our fraud screening mechanisms may undergo manual audit before link authorization, requiring up to 24 hours.

4. Technical Requirements for Delivery

To successfully retrieve and extract your digital products, you must:

Maintain a valid, deliverable email inbox to receive purchase receipts and account tokens.
Verify your spam, promotions, and firewall mail filters if delivery receipts do not appear in your primary inbox.
Maintain an active internet connection capable of uncompressing standard compressed zip archives (.zip).

5. Non-Delivery Resolution Protocol

If your account has been debited via Razorpay but digital assets do not display in your account:

Confirm that the transaction was debited successfully and not held in pending authorization status by your banking provider.
Allow up to 30 minutes for automated background webhook reconciliation between Razorpay and our web engine.
If delivery remains unfulfilled, submit an inquiry to hello@sc.sitecrafted.com containing your transaction reference, purchase timestamp, and billing name. Our engineering desk will verify the database entry and dispatch the files manually within 12 business hours.

6. Delivery Completion & Audit Verification

Under digital commerce standards, delivery is formally classified as executed once our access logs record a successful file transfer, cloud streaming event, or download link activation.

Dispute assertions claiming non-delivery after download metrics have registered on our server logs will be cross-referenced against server telemetry, IP timestamps, and authentication logs.
