While the underlying codebase remains open-source, our commercial branding, company trade name, proprietary curations, packaged assets, technical documentation, and live preview infrastructure are protected under applicable intellectual property, copyright, and competition laws.

This policy defines the strict parameters under which our turnkey digital products may be deployed commercially or delivered to end clients. Non-compliance results in immediate account revocation, copyright takedown enforcement, and formal legal action.

1. Prohibition of "As-Is" Direct Reselling

You are strictly prohibited from reselling or distributing our readymade WordPress websites, turnkey presets, or curated digital bundles in their original, unmodified packaging.

  • No Brand Misrepresentation or Impersonation: You may not use the trade names SiteCrafted, SiteCrafted Web Solutions, or any related domain references to market your services, agency offerings, or digital products.

  • No Direct Mirroring or Competing Asset Bundles: You may not extract our specific architectural groupings of themes, templates, and plugins to offer a competing "SiteCrafted Alternative" download club, mirror service, or digital reseller bundle.

2. Mandatory Rebranding Requirements

If you are an agency, freelancer, or commercial integrator utilizing our turnkey websites to launch projects for paying clients or deploy modified digital products:

  • Complete Identity Overhaul: You must 100% rebrand the website build before public deployment or handover. This requires substituting the placeholder logo, company typography, color scheme, site title, and metadata.

  • Complete Media Replacement: You must remove 100% of demo media, including free stock photography, placeholder catalog imagery, and AI-generated visuals, replacing them entirely with your client’s or your own legitimately licensed commercial assets.

  • Purging of Brand Footprints: All developer credit mentions, support links, internal documentation pointers, and footer credits referencing SiteCrafted Web Solutions must be purged from themes, database options, and admin panels prior to delivery.

3. Prohibition of Live Demo Hotlinking and Bandwidth Theft

Our live demonstration websites hosted on sc.sitecrafted.com subdomains or live preview networks operate on our private server clusters for the exclusive evaluation of direct SiteCrafted customers.

  • No External Showcase Hotlinking: You are strictly prohibited from using our live demo URLs to showcase "your work" or portfolio samples to prospective clients.

  • Enforcement: Directing external commercial traffic to our preview servers without authorization constitutes server bandwidth theft and fraudulent commercial misrepresentation. IP addresses scraping or hotlinking demo assets will be permanently blocked, with formal misuse reports filed with the responsible upstream internet service provider.

4. Zero-Tolerance Plagiarism & Enforcement Protocol

If an unapproved public deployment is detected that:

  1. Operates our exact readymade WordPress build without required rebranding and image replacement;

  2. Embeds our proprietary trade names, author branding, or private demo endpoints;

  3. Reproduces our curated setup packages as an unauthorized reseller offering;

SiteCrafted Web Solutions activates our three-step legal enforcement protocol:

  • Stage 1: Immediate DMCA & Takedown Notices: We file immediate notices of infringement under the directly with your domain registrar and web hosting company, requesting the immediate suspension of the offending web domain.

  • Stage 2: Cease-and-Desist Notice: Our legal counsel issues a formal cease-and-desist demand for trademark infringement, unfair trade practice, and brand dilution under Indian jurisdiction.

  • Stage 3: Lifetime Revocation: Your account privileges on sc.sitecrafted.com will be terminated with immediate effect. All future download access, software updates, and token generation will be permanently disabled with zero eligibility for refunds.
