By purchasing, downloading, or using any "Readymade WordPress Website," "Turnkey Template," "Digital Asset Bundle," or standalone software package from sc.sitecrafted.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must immediately cease using this website and refrain from purchasing or downloading our products.

  • Founder & Technical Authority: The platform and its engineering solutions are spearheaded by Sandeep Sangam (Master of Computer Applications – ICFAI University, 2007; WordPress Architect with 15+ years of specialized web development experience).

  • Legal References: All business contracts, order processing, licensing agreements, and payment activities are executed exclusively by SiteCrafted Web Solutions. References in this document to "SiteCrafted", "we", "us", or "our" refer directly to SiteCrafted Web Solutions and its founder.

3. Nature of Products & Open-Source Licensing (GPL)

All WordPress themes, templates, layouts, and plugins curated, engineered, or sold on sc.sitecrafted.com are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or compatible open-source frameworks.

  • Curated Solutions & Engineering: We do not claim original proprietary ownership of underlying third-party open-source codebases. Our commercial offering delivers value through 15+ years of architectural curation, performance optimization, responsive design execution, workflow integrations, and ready-to-launch website packages.

  • No License Keys: We do not provide, resell, or distribute proprietary developer license keys or purchase codes. All assets and features included in our turnkey packages are engineered to function out-of-the-box for core layout, design, and operational utility without third-party activation keys.

  • Product Updates: Updates are periodically made available within your account downloads or bundle releases at our discretion. Direct, automated upstream updates from third-party developers are not included, as we are not the original author of the underlying core frameworks.

4. Demo Content & Intellectual Property Policy (Critical)

  • Disclaimer of Media Rights: SiteCrafted Web Solutions does not sell, license, or transfer copyright ownership of any placeholder or demo images. Any legal dispute, copyright notice, or financial liability resulting from your failure to remove and replace demo assets remains entirely your sole responsibility.

  • Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SiteCrafted Web Solutions, its founder Sandeep Sangam, and its operational staff against any legal claims, damages, or costs brought by third parties concerning unauthorized usage of demo assets on your deployed sites.

5. Account Registration and Access Security

To access your order details, instant download packages, and digital asset files, you must maintain an account on sc.sitecrafted.com. You are strictly responsible for:

  • Preserving the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

  • All actions, transactions, and download activities occurring under your registered user profile.

  • Supplying complete, truthful, and verified billing details during checkout.

6. User Conduct and Restrictions

7. Limitation of Liability & "As Is" Warranty

In no event shall SiteCrafted Web Solutions, its founder Sandeep Sangam, or its contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including:

  • Loss of company revenue, sales, customer data, or expected profits.

  • Web server crashes, configuration errors, script execution limits, or third-party hosting downtimes.

  • Software conflicts between our templates and third-party plugins, external themes, or custom code modifications introduced after purchase.

  • Unforeseen vulnerabilities inherent to open-source software libraries.

8. Payments, Taxes, and Fraud Prevention

  • Payment Gateways: Online payments on sc.sitecrafted.com are processed securely through certified payment gateways (including Razorpay). By initiating a checkout, you agree to adhere to the processing gateway’s operating terms.

  • Taxes & Invoicing: As a registered enterprise in India, applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) or statutory sales taxes are collected and reported in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
